Hummingbird Living ships orders via Australia Post. We will send an email to you with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Important – If you request your order to be left in a secure location upon delivery, Hummingbird Living is not liable for any losses which may occur.

Standard Postage: $10.00 postage cost
Express post: $15.00 postage cost
We attend to your order in a promptly manner, as we can’t wait for you to receive your products. We cannot be responsible for delays to arrival caused by delivery partners.
What happens if I don't like the products I ordered?
Providing items are unopened and unused then we offer a store credit or refund upon return of the goods to Hummingbird Living within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please email Hummingbird Living to let us know the reason for your return. We will issue you with a returns number via email. Returns will not be accepted without this number. Please print and return with the items within 14 days of receiving your deliver to;

What about if the product is broken or is damaged?
Hummingbird Living takes great pride to ensure that your order is delivered in the condition it left our store. If this is not the case upon arrival, we will be happy to provide a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit. Please email Hummingbird Living upon receiving your order, so that we can assist you.
